In the time it took me to remember that my blog was on blogger and not myespacio, then to remember, forget, and then reset my password, the brilliant entry I was going to post is now
gone.
So, I'm keeping this window open at my oficina so that if the inspiration hits me again, I am ready to pounce.
Not unlike the way Montecore the white tiger did when he not-so-gently took off with one half of that very famous Las Vegas kitty cat act. And a P.S. on that... I actually believe what the handsome German duo said about the entire incident being an unfortunate accident. My question for them is, really, at some point do you forget that they are still... you know... wild animals?
Regardless, I am holding this window open until the choo choo comes around the track again, since I am sure it will be only a matter of minutes, or hours or days, before I find my train of thought.
This draft is auto-saved at 4:44 pm, I should make a wish or something.
Ok, and now it appears to be 5:12pm here in the window-less space of my work area and I've decided that inspiration has abandoned me entirely - at least for this evening.
At some point, maybe I'll discuss something of earthshattering importance, such as my newfound love for british tv, the increased supply of socks that I newly discovered in my sock drawer, and the fact that several countries around the globe are socking it to the US drug companies by getting their HIV and AIDS related meds made without benefit of paying enormous patent licensing fees. Thailand, Mexico, and Brazil looking to display a large set of cojones.
Bravo to them.
And speaking of BRAVO, I am too disappointed in this season's Top Chef, but at least we've got Paula Abdul to enjoy in addition to that always hilarious D-lister, the redhead that rocks the comic mike- KathyG.
5:15pm, must run off now and check on a baby. (no, not mine).

Hanging in the office now, I have papers everywhere. Papers that have something important on them, or perhaps not, and things I should be somehow addressing and/or waiting for someone else to address.
Instead, I've figured I should post a little here.
Here's a little post. I write better early in the morning, so this doesn't work for me since it's about 4pm in the afternoon.
I also think my brain is simply not equipped to blog when I've been reading myspce pages and all the nonsense on that.
I did listen to someone's music on a page and it totally brought me back.
It was that song "nasty girl" and you know you'll remember a movie when a song comes in and you immediately go straight to the scene in the movie that automatically starts playing in the dvr/tivo of your head.
Picture it, the song starts, and you immediately see within your mind's eye, the strip club where Eddie Murphy's character, Axel Foley, has taken the two cops that are trying desperately to follow him. They're sitting at a table, Axel orders drinks for everyone, though the Sgt. doesn't drink while on duty, and suddenly, a very topless woman does the bend-over move close to the rookie-esque cop Rosewood (I think that's his character's name). Axel is laughing, while he keeps a shoulder shaking rhythm and says, "I think she likes you."
You know the rest, if you're a fan of the movie Beverly Hills Cop. And I'm referring specifically to the first one.
Anyway, I'm amazed at how that all came back to me. So quickly. Without skipping a beat.
Then I smile, and pretend to go back to work.

Watching the tide roll in...
I'm clean. That would be because I finally took a shower today. We woke up late, if you call 7am late, and decided showering wouldn't be necessary until later.
Later became 9pm.
And that is where I decided to bring out the Blog.
In the shower.
So, I'm on the Blog.
Discussions will ensue, and believe me, it will be all about the wide open...minds.
